Kevin Powell (Founder & CEO)
Kevin Powell is a 35-year-old American who has been fishing since he was a child. He founded Your Pro Fisher in 2006 with the goal of providing accurate, up-to-date information on fish stocks to recreational anglers and policymakers.
Today, Kevin is one of the leading experts on American fish stocks and their management.
Phil Seedhouse (Writer)
Phil Seedhouse is a 30-year-old scientist who has been with Your Pro Fisher since 2008. He is our lead scientist and manages our research programs.
Phil Seedhouse has a Ph.D. in fisheries science from the University of Washington and his research has been published in several scientific journals.
Mick Ryan (Content Specialist & SEO)
Mick Ryan is a 26-year-old content specialist and SEO expert. He joined Your Pro Fisher in 2013 and has been instrumental in our growth.
Mick Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and his work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and USA Today.
